Orders can be placed by the franchisee directly through the SPEEDLINK portal. SPEEDLINK will mange imports, logistics and payment for the goods. Based on years of experience in the importing industry SPEEDLINK will ensure the most economical and with that cost effective solution for freight, logistics and finance. SPEEDLINK will collect the payment for the goods along with a marketing fee for the franchisor directly from the franchisee. The entire transaction is seamless, ethical and costs are transparent to the franchisee removing all frictions from their relationship with the franchisor.

+ Franchisor buys the goods that are sold via franchisees through a catalogue

+ Franchisor organises all aspects of the procurement marketing and logistics 

+ Franchisee pays for their franchise and accepts the terms of the franchise agreement

+ Franchisee pays for their floor stock and orders inventory via the franchisor

+ Franchisor charges the franchisee for the cost of goods and a marketing fee

+ Franchisee pays for goods at a pre-agreed cost with little visibility as to markup or margin

+ Franchisee orders goods via a dedicated franchise portal managed by SPEEDLINK and updated by the franchisor

+ Orders are consolidated against vetted manufacturers to catalogue specification

+ SPEEDLINK undertakes all physical loading and processing of orders with manufacturer, including payment

+ Goods are shipped via SPEEDLINK and delivered directly to franchisee

+ SPEEDLINK invoices franchisee for the trade facilitation (freight and funding) plus the franchise marketing fee.

+ SPEEDLINK collects the franchise marketing fee on its invoice and passes this back to the franchisor friction removed  as the entire transaction is seamless visible to all parties and all costs are transparent.

Our primary interest is in moving finished goods from manufacturers to franchisees.

If franchisees wish to have longer payment terms this will require a pmsi to be established.

Our recourse is to the franchisor in the event of a franchisee default.

Our security comes from control of the freight from origin and monitoring it.

If suppliers require a cash deposit or an advanced payment guarantee this can be established in lieu of a letter of credit.

Once orders are prepared for shipping, speedlink pays suppliers as per their proforma invoice/commercial invoice.
